Spending the night with us is a unique experience that brings you peace of mind and lets you taste the essence of nature. Old entrance gates and courtyards make this perfect entirely. Our concept is simple, harmonious and full of energy for those who are open to (re)discovering the balance of life.

Quiet, family-friendly place to stay near the Dutch North Sea coast. Perfect for guests who want to combine beach, nature, sports, and relaxation, both in their accommodation and in the surrounding area. The beaches near Zandvoort and Bloemendaal aan Zee offer wide sandy beaches and nature experiences. There are also designated naturist/nude beaches in the area, as well as particularly family-friendly sections in Noordwijkerhout. Ideal for a short getaway or the summer vacation.

Discover the heart of the Bollenstreek in our cozy vacation home and let yourself be enchanted in spring by a colorful sea of flowers. Just a 5-minute walk away is the cozy village center of Lisse with a variety of shops, restaurants, terraces and supermarkets. Not a fan of flowers? No problem! There is plenty to do in the Randstad all year round. Amsterdam, Haarlem and Leiden can be reached within half an hour, and in 15 minutes you are in the beautiful dune area and the beach.

The house was renovated in 2017. It is a semi-detached, single storey-building, situated next to the house of the owners. It has a separate entrance. The house has a living room with open kitchen, access to a terrace with a spendid view of the countryside and a well equipped bathroom with rainshower, a double bedroom with a separable double bed (160 cm) and a smal 1-person bedroom with a single bed. The house is suitable for 3 persons. There is a couch-spare bed in the lounge.

In the middle of the bulb region, close to the train station, you can stay in our cozy basement with private access and parking. You can relax here! There are drinks in the fridge and a bottle of wine ready for you. There are many possibilities for cycling or hiking among the deer. The cities of Haarlem (10 min.), Leiden (12 min.) and Amsterdam (31 min.) are easily accessible by train. On request, I will be happy to prepare breakfast for you. (€30 for 2 people)

We offer a great guesthouse in Zwanenburg, near Amsterdam. The guesthouse consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 double beds. There is a bathroom with shower and toilet. And we have an infrared sauna. The guesthouse is 10 minutes by train from Amsterdam, Schiphol, Haarlem and Zandvoort Beach. We also offer free bicycles. From our guesthouse it is a 45 minute bike ride to the center of Amsterdam. please note, we do not have a kitchen in the guesthouse

Studio-Koning quiet city center studio (studio 1)

The studio is located in a monumental building, which was once built as a slaughterhouse. At the front you experience the dynamics of the city. Peace and green dominate in the studio at the back. We have good museums as 'neighbours' and restaurants, shops and cafes are around the corner. The studio is bright and decorated with a mix of styles. Enjoy the garden and take our bike to the sea.

The Bamboo Suite offers comfort, tranquility and is centrally located close to the beach of Zandvoort. During your stay, you can use a spacious bathtub and a rain shower. Furthermore, the suite has a kitchen, sitting area and a flat-screen television. There is a separate WiFi available for guests, and you can use coffee and tea facilities.
