Black out hideaway!

Kick back, relax in this calm and cozy 400 sqft space. Located in a peaceful neighborhood within 5 minutes of restaurants, grocery stores, parks, pools, attractions, and main . Laundromat, convenience store across the main street. Minutes from Winton woods Park. No smoking allowed. THIS SUITE IS ABOVE OUR DETACHED GARAGE! so you may hear it sometimes, usually not too often. Water heater is a small apartment-size unit but it doesn't take long to reheat. Please only book if you are okay with this.

Come enjoy our private studio guest house on a quiet tree-lined street in Hyde park! It’s well stocked for cozy nights in, but situated to easily get out and see all that Cincinnati has to offer. Our street dead ends onto Wasson way for walking, biking and running all the way into Ault Park. Walk to Rookwood commons. Driving: 2 minutes to I-71, 8 minutes to hospitals, 10 minutes to downtown, 12 minutes to northern KY. Children's gear available upon request (cot, highchair, pack and play, etc).
