The house has four sea view terraces,a small infinity pool and a staircase that descends directly into the sea.You will be immersed in the atmosphere, the colors , the sounds and the smells of the sea and you'll observe to the locals in their sea life made of fishing, kite surf and surfing without loosing the possibility to live the Habana life. Often,in the late afternoon,fishermen reach with their styro foam rafts the house to deliver the freshly caught fish.

A spacious rooftop terrace is adorned with white metal furniture, including tables and chairs. Potted plants add a touch of greenery, creating an inviting environment. The surrounding view includes nearby buildings and a partly cloudy sky, enhancing the open atmosphere.
