The place is brand new, spacious, unique and full of modern style. This is a backyard guesthouse with 1 King size bedroom, kitchenette, 1 bathroom and laundry room. We are 6 minutes from downtown Athens and Stadium. **This place DOES NOT HAVE A STOVE** It does have an electric griddle for making breakfast, an Air Fryer/Rotisserie and a microwave. There is also a full size fridge and farmhouse sink. Pictures don't do it justice. We have doorbell and outside cameras monitoring front & backyard.

We are an easy drive (15 miles) to Athens/UGA, 5 miles from I-85, 2 miles to the closest grocery store, yet your stay here will feel like you've escaped to the country. We live onsite in the main house (the apartment is totally separate), and are available for anything you may need, but respect your privacy. Just reach out if we can assist!
