The open kitchen is fully equipped with European appliances. There is a dining area for 6 people, connected to the living room. The living room leads directly to the outdoor deck and private pool, providing another perfect place to enjoy the sea view. You can also take the elevator directly to the rooftop terrace to enjoy sunbathing and beautiful views. Our villa has a tall tree that grows naturally and has a unique shape. It is very majestic and makes you feel the greatness and magic of nature. Parking is available at the villa for your car or motorbike. 500 meters from the villa, there is a restaurant that makes Western food, pizza and Thai food are quite delicious, the restaurant supports delivery during business hours, there is also a coffee shop and a bar next door, and a convenience store 200 meters away for daily needs.

Kata Noi Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in Phuket and one of the safest beaches on the island. The listing is the only villa on Airbnb closest to the beach. Next door is the Katatani Hotel. Right outside the door is a restaurant, 7-Eleven, massage shop, pharmacy and other service facilities. The waves have been calm, warm and clear for years, and you can bring your swimming glasses to the rocks at the southern end of the beach to explore the gathering of tropical fish and moving corals.
