In the sunny valley of Zell am See - Kaprun, in a typical Alpine village of Niedernsill, we run our guest house Pension Gassner. We offer our guests comfortable single, double and triple rooms with breakfast and self-catered apartments for up to four or five persons, all with balconies. Please note: - The use of the common spaces (kitchen and dining room in the basement) is possible at a surcharge and after prior notice. - Breakfast for guests in the apartments can be ordered at surcharge.

B&B in austrian farmhouse for up to 10 persons

Our 100 years old farmhouse is situated 1000 meters above sea level, right in the middle in between Kitzbühel and Zell am See. It takes only five minutes to the ski area of Kitzbühel, in summer you can start hiking right in front o the house. A bus stopp is only several meters away. Our view is amazing: all the peaks of the "Hohe Tauern" are right in front of us. Our farm has a large garden. Singles, families with children, couples, groups - everyone is welcome!

Stefflhof: Simply vacation. With heart.

The Stefflhof has been in our family for 100 years, the house itself is much older. 100 cattle, cats and chickens live here. Already in the 3rd generation, our house has also been a guest house. The heart of the house is the "parlor." Here you can meet in the evening to play, tell stories and have a glass or two. We have THE tips for excursions and tours, for inns and rustic huts. Look in the barn, try homemade food, tell us about yourself - we look forward to it!
