Bei der Gestaltung des Chill Home war es unser Hauptziel, einen kleinen Rückzugsort zu schaffen, der echte Entspannung ermöglicht – gemütlich und heimelig. Trotz seiner Größe von nur 27 m² enthält er alles, was für einen kurzen oder auch längeren Aufenthalt notwendig ist. Wir hoffen, dass unsere Gäste das Chill Zone-Gefühl erleben werden! Jeder unserer Gäste erhält einen kostenlosen privaten Parkplatz, und die Wohnung ist zudem mit Internetzugang und einem kostenlosen Netflix-Konto ausgestattet.

Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

Dieses einzigartige Piano Appartement befindet sich zentral in der Klagenfurter Innenstadt, ist aber durch seine Innenhof-Lage trotzdem äußerst ruhig. Es wurde bis Mai 2022 komplett renoviert und ist technisch auf dem neuesten Stand. Es ist am Besten geeignet für Paare, kann aber auch für kleine Familien mit 2 Kindern perfekt genützt werden. By car, it's about 10 minutes to Lake Wörthersee. You'll love my place because of the bright rooms. It is located in the center of the city and has friendly neighbors. Das Apartment bietet Platz für 2 Personen und ist hell und modern eingerichtet. Es wurde 2023 komplett neu gestaltet. Der Bahnhof ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt und es gibt zahlreiche Shops und Lokale in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Im Haus befindet sich eine Bäckerei, solltest du einmal nicht selbst dein Frühstück machen wollen. Der Benediktiner Markt, ein sehr guter Bauernmarkt mit lokalen Essenständen, ist ganz in der Nähe.
