Many cyclists make the crossing to explore the surroundings of North and South Beveland, such as visiting the market in Goes or taking a trip through the Zak van Zuid-Beveland. In the pre- and post-season, wonderful beach walks, in the summer a fantastic and safe bathing beach. Close to the storm surge barrier and the Eastern Scheldt. Ideal for cycling! The Veerse Meer is on the other side of the dike, with plenty of opportunity for water sports.

Kortgene is a nice picturesque village with many amenities and nice eateries. The Veerse Meer is 5 minutes by bike, and the beach is 15 minutes by car.
