Come stay on the farm! 40 acre working hay farm with 2 ponds, starry nights, and beautiful views. Family friendly, 12 miles (~20minutes) south of downtown Durango and 15 minutes south of Walmart. This is located on our property right across the driveway from our house. *PLEASE, NO LOUD PARTIES, NO SMOKING(INSIDE OR OUTSIDE) NO DRUGS, NO DRIVING ON YARD/GRASS* *Parents: please be mindful of your kiddos as we do have ponds, large farm equipment, DOGS (please just ignore them), CATS, and horses*

We have been told it is of the most beautiful locations in Colorado! 15 minutes to downtown Durango, 20 minutes to Purgatory Ski Resort, and 5 minutes to the Hot Springs & a shopping plaza, and 40 minutes to the airport. There is a cafe/gas station/liquor store across the road. We also have another airbnb here with a spa deck!

We live on the property, but separate from the log home and are here to help our guests as we can. Unique, newly remodeled SW style custom 2 bedroom, 2 bath Casita located on a beautiful 50 acre horse ranch with expansive mountain views. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the La Plata mountains and beautiful sunrises over the lush horse pastures. We are working on decorating the game room and in the meantime could put air mattresses in it to accommodate 8 pp. Add on option: Advance grocery shopping where the Casita will be stocked upon your arrival for an extra fee.
