Perfect for having a good time! In summer, enjoy the dock, multiple boats, swimming, sunny terrace and outdoor fireplace. In winter, several activities are available to you: spa, sledding on the grounds, skating, downhill skiing, cross country skiing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing and fireplace.

On the site, you'll have access to a 1.6 km gravel road perfect for hiking, biking and snowshoeing. In winter, a slide is also accessible. In addition, you will find nearby the Massif du Sud, the Appalaches Lodge-Spa, the Appalaches Regional Park (Loutres Falls 5 km away), federal mountain biking and snowmobiling trails, a bike path, etc.

Directly adjacent to the ski slopes, the FÉERIQUE chalet is the perfect balance between proximity and privacy. The view is exceptional on the ski slopes facing directly in front of the chalet. In the massif, there is no shortage of sports activities nearby. The trees are cleared which gives a splendid and majestic view of the mountain. A deer feeder is installed a little lower. Maybe you'll see a deer one morning pass through the courtyard during your stay!
