A free parking space is located in the underground car park. The newly renovated Therme Wien with spa and sauna area can be reached in five minutes on foot. In just a few steps you can reach the train (S60), which will take you to Vienna Central Station in 12 minutes. There is also a bus stop outside the door to Schwechat. Free bicycle.

I lovingly completely renovated the house so that my guests feel comfortable in the house. You have your own entrance and can use everything that is available there. In 15 minutes you can take the train to Vienna Central Station, and in 10 minutes you can take the bus to Therme Wien Oberlaa. The house is 15 km from the airport. We also live on the property in our own house, so we are always available.
