Früher stand hier mal der Hühnerstall. Davon ist aber so gut wie nichts mehr zu sehen. Durch die Felswände entsteht ein angenehmes Mikroklima und die großen Fenster lassen viel Licht herein und bieten zudem einen Blick auf den Hang. Auf der Terrasse lässt es sich entspannen und nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag wartet die Regendusche in der Wohlfühloase. Mit dem Auto lässt sich zudem auch schnell einmal der „Chip“ wechseln. 15 Minuten bis zum Strand, 25 bis nach Las Palmas und 30 bis in den Süden.

Practica deportes como senderismo, ciclismo, etc. en Teror y municipios anexos sin renunciar a los días de playa desde el norte al sur de la isla. La casa está a escasos 5 minutos en coche de Teror y a 10 de la autopista GC-3 que conecta con el Norte/Centro y el Sur de la isla, así como con Tamaraceite que cuenta con todos los servicios.

Das Höhlenhaus hängt wie Schwalbennest am Hang. Es besticht besonders durch seinen traumhaften Meerblick und Süd-West Ausrichtung. Bei gutem Wetter sieht man bis zur Nachbarinsel Teneriffa. Beide Schlafzimmer sowie das Wohnzimmer sind im Höhlenteil des Hauses untergebracht. Im Anbau befinden sich die Wohnküche, ein Bad mit Badewanne, Panoramafenster und Dusche sowie die separate Toilette/Waschraum. Es gibt eine kleine Terrasse und eine Dachterrasse mit Chillout-Bereich und Barbeque.
