The apartment is with attention to detail tastefully renovated and furnished. It is located in a brick building from 1903, on a quiet street. Booking private yoga lessons in our yoga studio is possible. Within walking distance, there are a variety of shopping opportunities. You can also hike or cycle along the banks of the Wupper and also stop for a bite to eat. By train or car you are in less than half an hour in the middle of Cologne. At the train station there are also e-bikes for rent.

Modern apartment between Düsseldorf and Cologne

You would live in the small village called “Meigen”. It is very close to the city centre of Solingen. The drive to the city centre is about 5 min. with the car and 10 with the bus. You can park your car almost in front of the apartment. The train station „SG-Mitte“ is also very close. By foot you will need around 20 minutes, with the car only 5 minutes. If you want to ride to Düsseldorf or Cologne you can easily take the train (30-40 min.) or your car (same time), perfect for fairgoers.

Vacations, trade fairs, business trips, small photo shoots (only on request), weekend getaways... Do you like the other, special things? Then we're on the same wavelength. The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

As a welcome gift, you will find 1 bottle of cola, 1 bottle of water and 1 bottle of our local beer (Kölsch) per adult in the fridge.

Airy gable apartment for a break in the countryside

The minimalist design makes the apartment a place of rest. Forest and meadow border the small mountain village and give the feeling of being surrounded by nature. Our nearby “Windbusch” - the local “mountain” - offers one of the distant views for which our area is so much appreciated. From up here you can't see Cologne Cathedral, but at least the Siebengebirge. The proximity to Cologne makes our village particularly attractive, as the city is only 30 km away.

Oslo: Trade fair/business/holiday apartment

My wife Conny and I run a small family business and rent out 8 vacation apartments. My accommodation is close to all the central shopping and public transport in Leichlingen. Within walking distance from our quiet residential area in 5 minutes walk to the city center, the bus station, a regional bakery, supermarket and in another 5 minutes to the train station. With the regional train you can reach the exhibition centers and main train stations of the surrounding cities of Cologne and Düsseldorf twice per hour within about 20-25 minutes.

Not far from the center of the city of blades is this beautiful, modernly furnished apartment with good access to public transport to Düsseldorf and Cologne.
