The home is located in the front row facing the sea in idyllic Basstuvåga - Søgne's most beautiful archipelago. The sun exposure is excellent, and the bay provides good shelter from the sea breeze. The dock, beach and well-maintained green areas surround the residence. Very child-friendly. The surroundings are quiet and free from traffic and noise. From the porch and living room, there is a good view of minors playing on the lawn, the docks or the beach. The area also has a sandbox and swings for the little ones, as well as a ball court with artificial grass.

Approx. 45 min drive to the Zoo in Kristiansand. The apartment is about 42 min drive from Lindesnes lighthouse, on the way is Spangereid/Båly with the restaurant Under. Central and cozy place suitable for most people. A large bedroom with a 150 cm bed for 2 people, a small bedroom with a 90 cm bed that can also be used as an office.
