In a small, quiet historic center with stone walls and olive trees, you will find a large room with two beds in separate spaces and an adjoining large bathroom and shower. The room is located on the ground floor. Access is at the back of the house. Going up from the parking lot, two short flights of stairs then you will find the internal garden. The adjoining garden is pleasant and discreet, ensuring intimacy and freshness. The room is set up to prepare breakfast and meals, with a fridge, cooking hob and dishwasher.

The house (Rustico) is located outside Cavigliano in a large, park-like Mediterranean garden with numerous seating areas on a quiet sunny south slope directly above the Melezza & Isorno rivers; 5-10 min. walk to the beach. Ideal for nature lovers & romantics. It is an ideal starting point for excursions, hiking, climbing and swimming. Attention: Due to the hillside location and steep stairs, we only rent the house to families with children aged 8 and over. Not suitable for disabled people.

This cosy apartment on the bottom floor of a vacation house containing 3 apartments is a great place to get away from it all. The views from the patio of this green valley full of palm trees are breathtaking! Plus it's only 25 minutes to Locarno! The house is accessible on foot from the main road up 80 steps and is set back from the road to allow a large degree of privacy and tranquility. Note that you can rent it together with the apartment on the top floor, for a total of 6 beds.

My colored duplex

A large house on two floors, large spaces, three bedrooms in the attic, terrace on the first floor, garden and swimming pool (summer from mid-May to mid-September). Here everything is at your fingertips: shops, lake and the famous "quai" of Ascona with restaurants overlooking the Brissago Islands. The entrance is shared with a small two-room apartment; on the ground floor, another three-room apartment rented with Airbnb. It is a house that prefers guests who love tranquility.

You will stay in a vintage sailboat (1981) with internal okumè wood finishes and teak wood on deck. The boat has a living area (dinette) and a sleeping area with a "emergency" washbasin and WC. The shower with hot water and the toilet are available in the harbor master's office. The mooring is located in an exclusive position at the head of the pier towards the lake, this situation gives an enviable privacy.
