The house is located at the top of Mad River Ski resort and is a short walk to the top of the ski lift. Bedding and linens are only provided for two guests. Great house on north side of Indian Lake. Fish from the patio on ground level and an 800 sq ft deck on the second floor. Stream tv and an antenna. 2 bedrooms 1.5 baths and a full kitchen. Moose and Eagle clubs close by. THIS HOUSE IS ON A WELL AND WATER SMELLS LIKE SULFUR SOMETIMES. IF THIS BOTHERS YOU DO NOT RESERVE. Kayaks and canoes are okay. There is no space for anything larger. Boat ramp 1 block from house. Boats connected to vehicles can be left there overnight. It's never busy.

Located on Seminole Island at Indian lake, this cottage is a seven-minute walk from Cranberry Resort and a two-minute walk from Pew Island where there is a public boat dock and nature trail.
