Our house has a Tourism Housing Certificate approved by the Ministry of Tourism. Pelazzi Farm takes its name from the Pelazzi (Pelagians), the first tribe to settle in Bozcaada. Opposite Pelazzi, 4 km from the center, is the Pavli forest, and it is surrounded by vineyards. Ayazma beach is 900 meters away. If you want to wake up in the morning to the sounds of a thousand birds, taste the grapes in our vineyard and watch the moon rise while sipping a glass of Bozcaada wine, we want to share these beauties with you.

Only the ground floor (2 bedrooms, hallway, kitchen, bathroom) is rented at this price. The upper floor is not accessible and will not be rented to other guests during your stay.
