It is a working agricultural farm producing almonds, has vineyards ( the owners in the main house have a small wine cellar where they bottle their own wine), sheep, etc There are meandering paths all around the farm which you can stroll along.

In the heart of the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, built of stone, in a peaceful setting, on the outskirts of Deià. A 15-minute walk from Deià and a 3-minute drive. Hiking trails are close to the house.

The house is newly built, in a Mallorcan style, made entirely of island materials. On the ground floor there is the kitchen , the dining room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. In the first floor there is a living room , one bedroom and one bath. There are two terraces at the front of the house and one on the first floor, both have wooden furniture. The garden is composed of native plants such as rosemary, lemon trees, olive trees...
