Le 1785, ferme classée patrimoine local de Manigod, vous offre une magnifique terrasse avec une vue imprenable sur la Tournette et le Sulens. Situé sur sa propriété privée de 2hectares , il est idéal pour un séjour calme et libre pour toutes vos distractions. Vos igloos, bonhommes de neige, pistes de luge et autres projets d’aménagement orneront un décor d’hiver déjà féérique naturellement. Les autres saisons, riches en couleurs des fleurs ; bercées par le chant des oiseaux, le murmure d’un ruisseau n’attendent que votre admiration. Notre chalet est un nid solide et spacieux témoin d’un savoir-faire parfois oublié. De nombreuses terrasses et balcon abrités (100m²) autorisent une vie extérieure même par temps mauvais. Une ossature en madrier de plus de 200ans témoigne de la solidité de la construction. Des ouvertures parfois basses invitent à l’exercice quotidien bénéfique à une bonne condition physique et prouvent le souci de maitrise d’énergie déjà présent à cette époque. Ce nid riche en histoire,nous l’avons garni de quelques délices d’aujourd’hui : plancher chauffant basse température, WIFI, intranet, internet, éclairage basse consommation, TV satellite et TNT… Un petit mazot, situé à quelques mètres du chalet

Évalué gîte de tourisme 4* en 2024 **** Ambiance glamour face à la montagne : suite parentale, sauna, baignoire 2 personnes, immense douche à l'italienne... En rez-de-jardin d'un chalet à 15mn du domaine skiable de Manigod (liaison skiable La Clusaz), et 25mn d'Annecy. Le propriétaire vit dans le chalet au dessus mais le gîte est totalement indépendant et sans espaces communs ni avec d'autres locataires, ni avec les hôtes. Parking 2 voitures. Possibilité option ménage à régler sur place : 30€.
