"TROLDHØJ" is the place where you can escape the stress of everyday life. The house is set back from the road and surrounded by nature, with magnificent views of Randers fjord. The night is dark and quiet and the stars are clear. Terrace on 2 sides of the house, fireplace and plenty of elbow room. 2 km to grocery store, tavern and pizza and 7 km to Udbyhøj with blue flag beach and harbor life. The house is from 2015 and built in larch wood, so there is a nice atmosphere in the house. Here is the basis for a few days of recreation.

You get the sea in the backyard with only 150 meters to the beach, 250 meters to the marina and 200 meters to the city center with shops, restaurants, bars and playgrounds etc. The house is well equipped with 12 beds. The home on Dania is perfect for a mini-vacation/weekend with the family. Here are beautiful surroundings and wonderful nature. Great for the angler, 30 meters to the best fishing waters. If you like active vacations, there is now a bike path all the way around the fjord. Possibility to rent a dinghy for 4 people. If you wish, there's a guided tour around Dania. This is where the cement adventure began. Chr d. 4 bought building materials here in the area.
