It will also be cool in the apartment in the evening. Limited view of the sea from the balconies, but a nice view of the property's beautiful patio and plants. Only a 5 minute walk to the shop. Nice cliffs near the beach for swimming and views when the ferries arrive. Nice walking paths.

Terraced apartment located in a scenic location by Fiskehamnen, 2 km from Mariehamn city center Three floors with very beautiful lake views in the west and only 30 meters down to the shoreline and the marina. Very quiet and undisturbed location at the cul-de-sac overlooking the entrance to the port and the daily ferry traffic. Mariehamn's popular and most beautiful walking trail just below the terrace. Large parts of the apartment have been renovated in the fall of 2024.
