Newly remodeled 3BR house in a quiet neighborhood. Close to everything--parks, shopping, restaurants, etc. Open concept interior w/ granite countertops in the kitchen & dining room. Spacious living room & bedrooms have TV's. Master bedroom has a king-sized bed. Other two have queen-sized beds w/ twin pull-out trundle beds underneath--one under ea. Back yard features a big pool w/ a large patio & BBQ grill for outdoor meals & entertaining, plus an outdoor shower, 1/2 bath & changing room.
