Accommodation in a recently renovated, comfortable and functional two-family house on 2 floors. Located 5 minutes from the center of Settimo and minutes from the TO-Mi and TO-AO. The ground floor consists of a living area with kitchen, double sofa bed with TV, half bathroom with washing machine and 1 bathroom with king size shower. On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds, and 1 bathroom with a tub. A parking space in the courtyard of the semi-detached house.

The farmhouse lies in the middle of a natural amphitheater, between meadows and wooded hills. The portion of the house intended for guests offers ample parking, on the ground floor an independent entrance into the living room with fireplace, TV and wifi, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with shower and a single bedroom with the bathroom too. It's possible to make countless trips and activities in the surrounding area.

Only 600mt from the historic neighborhood Il Piazzo, 1.5km from the city centre (Via Italia). The villa is also located on the way to Parco Burcina and the Oropa Sanctuary (20min by car/bus) as well as close to several trekking tracks. A sport and recreation centre with tennis, panel and swimming pool is available at walking distance. Fast Wi-Fi included.

The house is ideally located on the edge of the historic city center, just a couple of minutes’ walk from cafes, restaurants, and shops. It also has direct access to the hike trail that leads to Oropa, a mountain-top sanctuary visited by pilgrims.
