Welcome to Mobile! Enjoy this entire well maintained condo in the heart of Midtown Mobile close to three major hospitals and just minutes from downtown. Community clubhouse with pool, grill area and work out room is available. My bookings come with a welcome basket . It is available for short term and longer stays. At this time I am unable to accept local guests from Mobile. 21 and older please! I also have another Airbnb in same complex if this is booked - Gigi Midtown Getaway #2.

My one bedroom and one and a half bath bungalow is located in Bay to Breakers which is a private street that offers beach access to the Gulf, community pool area and a long fishing pier on Mobile Bay. My unit features an upstairs bedroom with balcony with great views of the Gulf. The kitchen is well equipped with counter eating area, WiFi, cable TV in living area and bedroom and washer/dryer. There is a gas grill with outdoor seating. Beach Chairs & Umbrellas for guests use.

Luxurious, spacious (3,000 sqft) wide open floorplan. Unbelievably unique space! 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths with 2 additional futons to comfortably sleep 12 (plus more if you crash on the couch!). Massive open floor plan with a 10 seat table & hutch. Leather couch will easily seat 8-10 people. Semi-professional kitchen with 6 burner stove and 4 bar stools at the counter bar. Wet bar with ice-maker. The enclosed saltwater pool area is AMAZING! Location convenient to everything!
