Semi-detached house fully refurbished in 2018 in a modern style, just a few meters from the sandy beach, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, and only 900 m from the village of Moraira. Enjoy sea views, a communal pool, high-speed fiber optic internet, air conditioning in all rooms, mosquito nets, Smart TV, dishwasher, and washing machine. Apartamento de 2 dormitorios en el casco urbano de Moraira con vistas al mar y Castillo, a 5 min de la playa. El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama de 150cm, cómoda, TV y armario empotrado. El segundo dormitorio es interior y tiene dos camas de 90cm y armario empotrado. Tanto los dormitorio como el comedor tienen ventiladores en el techo, pero además el apartamento cuenta con Aire Acondicionado y bomba de calor. El salón comedor está completamente equipado, con TV y minicadena musical.
