From the terrace there is a wonderful 180° view of the church and surrounding mountains (Sauwand, Triebein, Zellerhut, Gemeindealpe, Ötscher). Behind the house, there is an adjoining meadow and forest. Distance to the basilica is about 300 m. The center, shopping and the elevator are within walking distance. A wide range of leisure activities. A floor of the house is rented out, including terrace with southwest view, breakfast area and beach chair for your own use. We rent out our beautiful, quietly located vacation home on the Semmering, in a green oasis of well-being. The Zauberberg ski resort is just a 10-minute walk away. Stuhleck, with around 26 kilometers (16 miles) of slopes, is 5 minutes away by car. The house has a balcony and a south-facing garden with a unique panoramic view.
