The living room has a sofa, TV, and dining area The kitchen is perfectly equipped and has an oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, ... The main bedroom is very spacious and has a 150x190cm bed, a dressing room and a magnificent en-suite bathroom with a shower. Then there are two other bedrooms with a double bed each and there is another full bathroom with a bathtub. Minty Stay is the company that manages the apartment and will take care of the guests' assistance during their stay in this serviced apartment. Upon consultation, the services offered include: regular cleaning, replacement of bed linen and towels, laundry, search for a parking space in the vicinity and transfer service from / to the airport or train station. This apartment is not a touristic apartment, so it is not rented for touristic purposes. It is only rented for seasonal rentals for work, studies, etc. The tenant will need to sign a seasonal rental contract, which will be provided before accessing the apartment. This contract will mainly reflect the conditions agreed upon in the reservation, the reason for the rental (it cannot be for vacation or tourist reasons), and the prohibition of subletting and of carrying out works. There is electric heating and a large closet where you will find two sets of bath towels (two hand towels and two shower towels) and an extra duvet. Upon request, you can get an extra set of sheets or towels. There is also an iron and ironing board. Individual hot/cold air conditioning 100% throughout the stay. In winter, you can request a radiator if you don't like hot air. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, microwave, tall fridge with freezer and has kitchenware such as a coffee maker, kettle and toaster. TV and own internet line.
