In a characteristic Neapolitan alley, in the immediate vicinity of Via Toledo, Piazza Trieste e Trento and the Port of Naples. Some of the furnishings are superstitious symbols typical of the Neapolitan tradition.

Il primo livello (130 mq) ha 2 camere da letto (una con bagno en-suite), soggiorno, bagno e cucina attrezzata. Terrazzo luminoso. Al secondo livello (130 mq) è la splendida terrazza con vista a 360°. Sentieri escursionistici e servizi a pochi minuti. La spiaggia è raggiungibile con una bella passeggiata. Ottimamente riscaldata, è ideale anche d’inverno.
