In the flat there is a kitchen with kitchen facilities (cooker and oven, fridge, sink, dishes and kitchen utensils), a bathroom with shower and washer and a bed-/living room (both in one). The bathroom has got central heating, but the kitchen and the bed-/living room need to be heated by tile stove (of course we'll heat it up before your arrival - so it will be nice and cosy when you arrive). The bedroom has got two single beds and one chest of drawers. It is possible to add one extra mattress or a cot. Linen and towels are available. The flat has it's own entrance and can be accessed without crossing our backyard (where you would meet our dog, 6 cats, guinea pigs, rabbits, turtles, chicken and the sheep on the meadow right behind our lot - as you can see, we have quite a little farm here :-) ).

From the separate 1200 sqm property in a village location, you have an unobstructed view of the countryside and the starry sky, as well as a wide choice of possible excursion destinations in a landscape and bird paradise or the swimming lake to visit.
