This 1st floor condo in The Southwind condominium complex is the most convenient & efficient vacation rental in all of New Smyrna Beach! Unit #102 is under new ownership with new fresh decor & a calm cool color palette for an updated & relaxing stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you may need to cook a full meal while enjoying the crystal clear ocean view. The master bedroom has a new king size bed & the guest bedroom has been updated with 2 queen beds. You will LOVE this condo!

The kitchen has been remodeled with granite countertops and the entire condo has modern decor with all of the comforts of home with a premium view. Come relax on this private balcony overlooking the pool areas and the beach. You can watch from your balcony Dolphin swim every morning as they look for breakfast. Disney is only a 70 minute drive or maybe catch a race at the Daytona Speedway.
