Charming 17:th century apartment in the old town.

A very light and charming apartment in one of the oldest buildnings in the old town, Nice. Close to the beach. Enjoy the most beautiful part of Nice. The apartment is comfortable and charming with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and air condition. It is 80 square meter. Since it is one of the oldest buildings in Nice there is no lift. The apartment is just next to Cours Saleya and about 100 meter from the ocean, totally wonderful! Apartment is on the 3rd floor and no elevator. Enjoy!

The apartment has a large living/dining room with an open kitchen as well as 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large terrace. The interior is stylish-casual. The spacious terrace faces the sea and has sun (almost) all day. To the city center it is a 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by streetcar. Bienvenue!

Charming duplex, fully air-conditioned and renovated, in a detached house. Exceptional views of the sea and the Bay of Angels. Sun all day until sunset from the pretty terrace. Within a private road that leads you directly to the beach (about 3 min walk), the port (about 7 min walk) and the tram. Atypical accommodation near the city center. No contact with other residents. Free parking on site reserved for residents in the private lane.
