On the ground floor, a living room with a wood-burning stove and an equipped kitchen as well as a comfortable shower room. Upstairs, under the roof, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds). Set back on the grounds, the old barn converted into a dwelling.

Our cozy trailer is located in the heart of our property, in a quiet and green setting. It has a small kitchen for your meals, and outside you will find a container converted into a bathroom as well as clean and easy-to-use dry toilets. We also have two Malinois dogs, who are very friendly and used to visitors. They live on the property: nothing to worry about; they are sociable and affectionate. The "Bois Joly" Manor dates from the 16th century. Next to Nogent-le-Rotrou, it is in the middle of fields, meadows and woods.
