The house has a large living room with a new kitchen. In addition, there is a master bedroom with space for 2, as well as an extra room with 3 sleeping places + 1 mattress. The house has Wi-Fi and a smart TV.

It has been newly renovated with respect for the house's 170-year history, including the kitchen and bathroom. The house has its own entrance, terrace, parking space and is secluded from the rest of the property. There are 2 bikes available. The house is not suitable for children under 12 years of age. There is a staircase in the middle of the property where children could be seriously injured if they fell down.

The second-floor apartment consists of: a large, bright living room with comfortable furniture, including a sofa bed for 1 adult or 2 children; a nice dining area with a beautiful view of our garden; a fully equipped kitchen; 1 bedroom; a bathroom; a balcony; a private entrance; and private parking.
