Viihtyisä mökki sijaitsee Kiiminkijoen rannalla noin 25 km Oulun keskustasta. Kiimingin keskustaan matkaa on n. 1 km, missä kaupat sijaitsevat. Tontilla on myös rantasauna, jossa voi nauttia pehmeistä löylyistä. Mökin tuvassa on levitettävä vuodesohva. Makuukamarissa on parisänky ja lapsen sänky. Mukavasti majoittuu 4-5 henkilöä.
