Welcome to Ramfjorden, which offers beautiful nature and high mountains. Enjoy your time here in the detached house that has everything you need for your stay. The area is a great location for watching the Northern Lights and Arctic animals. Here, you can fish in the fjord, which is covered in ice 6 months a year, go hiking in the nearby mountains, or drive into Tromsø, which takes about 30 minutes. I have free loan of a baby bed, snowshoes, sledges, kick sleds, sports, fishing and ice fishing equipment. I can also rent out snowboards, skates and a boat on request :-)

Here are 4 beds, complete with duvets, pillows and bed linen. The kitchenette has a gas stove and fridge and everything you need for cooking and serving. Wood-fired heating. Firewood is included. The cabin is equipped with electricity and wifi. Water is collected from the stream, in winter the host puts in cans with water. Outdoor toilet located nearby.

Annex with amazing views

Enjoy the wonderful view from this idyllic storehouse located on Valderøya outside Ålesund. The hayloft is over a hundred years old, but it has been renovated. NOTE: The storage room has electricity, but not running water or a toilet. Guests can use shower and toilet in the main house which is 30 m away. The bathroom in the main house is only used by you guests and access to the rest of the main house is closed off. There is 5 gallons of water available in the fridge. Authentic and Romantic Lodge close to nature

Authentic and romantic lodge originally built of timber and used for the first time back in 1850 as housing for as many as 10 persons. Situated between the sea and the forest and with the northern light as only light in the dark season this might be the perfect place to enjoy North of Norway. The perfect match for a couple, but will also function very well for up to four persons. It is renovated to a modern standard in 2018, with focus on maintaining the heart and soul of the old building.

From our Airbnb you have a short distance to popular attractions such as Norway's longest bike path, Bjørneparken animal park, the Predator Center and many fishing opportunities both in Krøderen and in mountain lakes. You are welcome to stay privately at our home. We give you a simpler alternative. Here there is plenty of room for 2 people. Possibility for 4, but then you will have to sleep in the living room. But to put it straight at once; -this is a dead simple shack almost sliding into the breaking waves of the dark deep lake full of annoying trout wakes and paralyzing wet whisper under the floorboards to seduce you straight into nirvana... unless the awkwardly kitschy sunsets starts feeding your insomnia. Sit down for several days and go on great hikes and mountain peaks from the exit door. Five minutes hike away you can go swimming in a river with fresh mountain water. Short distance to Jørpeland city centre (10 min walk, 5 min to drive) with all necessary shops available.
