This beautiful villa overlooks playa la boquilla (15 min walk/5 min drive) and playa del muerto (steep pathway leading down directly from the house) and the wild pacific ocean. It is a brand new house and built in modern style. It offers very good ventilation/ventilators and mosquito net doors in the bedrooms and it is very well equipped. The road to the house is rustic and with gravel and Stones, it can be rough. But at the end the beautiful villa xololo with all its amenities awaits you!
