Cozy apartment in a very good location: with 2 fully exterior rooms, its careful decoration gives it the warmth and comfort that every guest deserves. The building is located in a very flat and quiet area a few minutes' walk from the Alameda de Ortigueira, the health center and fabulous gastronomic sites and assorted shops. Pharmacy next door and beach 5 minutes away by car (Ortigueira center to beach). Ideal for enjoying vacations and the Ortigueira Festival. NO ELEVATOR.

The Water's Edge

The house is spacious and comfortable, with lovely views of the Ortigueira Estuary and colorful sunsets. Fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and BBQ. Just 3 min from town and 5 min to the beach. IMPORTANT NOTE: It is only the bottom floor of the house that is being rented. The top floor is an empty loft, used only for storage. Guests can be assured that they will not be sharing the space, or the garden, with anyone else.
