Batonship Inn Osaka, commonly known as bio, is an inn in a reclaimed building operated by Batonship LLC.It is located in a complex consisting of 13 offices, stores, and homes called “Kita's North Nagaya”. The row house is a simple building with a wall that shares a wall with a neighbor, and is a type of multi-unit house with a separate entrance for each house.This traditional Japanese home has contributed to the formation of a rich community and culture in the area, but it has declined year after year due to aging and other reasons. Still, there are still many row houses in the Kinki region, especially downtown Osaka. "Kita's North Nagaya" is a new method for re-living in Osaka row houses.Earthquake-resistant, thermal insulation, soundproofing and carefully renovated, the first floor is mainly a store, and the second floor is mainly reorganized into an accommodation, and a shared garden that can be used for events, etc. on the ground floor, making it a facility that is loved by the area. There are 6 units in BIO.Each bio retained the old elements of the building as much as possible, and each was played with a different design theme using natural materials.Find your favorite among the six units and make it your own base for your trip.

This is an amusement-type accommodation where children can play comfortably in the house!It can accommodate up to 19 people, making it ideal for long stays with multiple families. ※ The building is 5 stories tall and there is no elevator.It is not recommended for people with mobility issues because you need to move up and down the stairs indoors.The bedrooms are on the 2nd to 5th floors. You can rent the entire 240 m² large building that has been renovated cleanly.There are up to 6 bedrooms, so you can relax in a spacious and luxurious space. * The building built in 1988 has been renovated with an ageing atmosphere.It is not a new building, so please understand before booking. Osaka Castle Park is a 7-minute walk. It is a 5-minute walk to the JR Osaka Loop Line and Osaka Metro Morinomiya Station. There are many restaurants, convenience stores, and large shopping malls nearby that are open late at night. The building has athletic, air hockey, home theater facilities and a game corner. It is also fully equipped for children such as cribs and strollers and baby chairs.
