What a great place to stay! This whimsicle cottage house located at the end of walking / biking trail along side Duck Creek in Pamperin Park. Location is not only close to park, but is also close to Austin Straubel Airport and just minutes from Lambeau Field Perfect for your Green Bay Leisure retreat, work or fishing for the big one visit. AC Window Unit. Kitchen includes pots/pans, dishes, mugs/glasses, coffee pot, toaster & microwave. Paper goods. New appliances/new water heater in 2020. Stairs to the apartment are on the northeast corner of the garage. The beach is steps away with a fire pit, boat house lounge, kayaks, beach toys & bicycles.
