Beautiful apartments are located in a residential complex of 8 apartments with a private entrance and free parking in a fenced area. The apartment on the ground floor of a 2-storey building has a bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen, a kitchen with stained glass windows and access to the veranda and a private courtyard, from the courtyard there is access to the common pool of the complex. Closed territory with a swimming pool (sharing with other residents of the villa) , garden, outdoor patio, and 7 min of drive to the sea (Coral Bay beach ). Villa is located in a nice quiet neighborhood . Nearest down town restaurants and cafe within 10 min of walk. Bus station is within 10 min walk. Parking space is on the street near the house. Extra charges of 10 euro/ day are applied fir the use of AC .

Wonderful cozy flat with free parking. Relax at the veranda in our beautiful garden swim or on the beautiful beaches in Latchi and camping sute. 5 minute walk to the center of Polis with great restaurants, fish taverns, cafes and bars to spend your time. After booking I will be sending you a google map of the area with recommendations about restaurants, grocery stores and must see sightseeing spots.
