Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε μια ήσυχη περιοχή, 200 μέτρα από την κεντρική πλατεία, με εστιατόρια, μπαρ, καφέ και καταστήματα σε κοντινή απόσταση. Ήταν η κατοικία του Άρχοντα της περιοχής. Είναι το πρώτο στην σειρά πλήρως ανεξάρτητο οίκημα σε ένα ανακαινισμένο συγκρότημα τριών κατοικιών της Villa Callista , του Rasalu house και του Neradu house και περιβάλλεται από έναν αιωνόβιο ελαιώνα. Ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως με στόχο να παραμείνει όπως ήταν πριν από 200 χρόνια.
