The apartment is located in a typical alley in the historic center of Perugia, a 3-minute walk from the main course. It is the ideal solution for those who want to spend holidays surrounded by the wonderful scenery of the medieval city. In the house you can immerse yourself in an elegant atmosphere to enjoy relaxing moments. Refined furnishings and attention to detail make for a comfortable and restful stay. The house consists of a large living room with adjoining kitchen, two double bedrooms, one of which can be converted into a bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom. The apartment is located near the station of the mini tube connecting the center to the outskirts of Perugia and the neighborhood is also accessible by several bus. In the nearby there are restaurants, bars, wine bars, parking fee and free.

La scalinata apartment
Caratteristico appartamento nel cuore del centro storico di Perugia dal quale godere una delle viste più famose della città. La recente ristrutturazione ha permesso di valorizzare i tratti antichi coniugandoli con quelli più contemporanei: un ampio soggiorno con travi a vista e comodo divano letto memory, una moderna cucina, una camera matrimoniale con vasca da bagno per due persone (servizio pagamento per utilizzi giornalieri dopo il primo), un bagno con ampia doccia e giardino condominiale.

Casa etica in Umbria
E' un annesso di 60 mq adatto a coppie che vogliono visitare la nostra regione. Non abbiamo piscina ma abbiamo la tartufaia, il torrente, i caprioli, istrici, cinghiali, i nostri gatti e la cagnetta Moti. Nel giardino troverete erbe frutta e prodotti dell'orto. Dentro la casetta che affittiamo avrete a disposizione il nostro olio di oliva, e liquore di elicriso che produciamo noi. In realtà produciamo anche lo zafferano però questo lo vendiamo ! Naturalmente gli animali sono i benvenuti !

stunning top floor flat within city center's heart
Really nice top floor studio-flat behind the Town Hall and the Fontana Maggiore the main city center' square. The flat is in the most sacred old town'street, on the 4th floor of a medioeval building with no lift. It has an independent kitchen, mosaic bathroom and a nice terrace with a gorgeous view to eat and get tanned! The flat has just been renovated with wodden floor, new beds and fully equipped kitchen, wi-fi and TV. Towels and bed linen are included! Have a nice staying!

Central, View over old city, free park
The apartment, panoramic and very bright, is located in Corso Bersaglieri (Borgo Sant’Antonio), within the ancient medieval walls of the city, a few minutes walk from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. I chose to furnish it using some objects from the ancient Umbrian peasant tradition to make you live the authentic experience of the Umbrian village. You will be able to park in Viale Sant'Antonio or park for free in the guarded car park with my card.
