Aurinkopaikka cottage is located on the shores of Lake Jämijärvi, near Jämi. The cottage was renovated in 2022. Total accommodation for 4+3 people. Large terrace in front of the cottage. A barbecue hut on the beach and a beach sauna completed in 2023. It can also be used in winter, but then the water must be carried from the cottage or the lake. Large dock deck on the beach. The depth of the beach is about 4 meters. The price includes the use of a hot tub. In winter, there is an ice hole on the beach.☀️ It is possible to rent linen for a separate fee.

This high-quality semi-detached house is located at the junction of the Himoslaakso and Kuika areas, close to all activities. 150m to Himos Arena, 500m to the ski slope and about 700m to the golf course. Kuikanhovissa comfortably sleeps 10+3 people. Sleeping accommodations can be found on three floors. The whole experience is crowned by a massive 9-person hot tub with great features. The sauna benches have room for the whole family and for longer stays there is a washing machine and drying cabinet in the utility room.

Mökki soveltuu hyvin arjen irtiottoon ja jopa vähän extreemempää kokemusta haluavalle sillä mökillä ei ole sähköjä eikä juoksevaa vettä. Aurinkopaneelijärjestelmä on käytössä, jolla toimii valot ja esimerkiksi puhelimen lataus. Puusauna sekä laituri tikkailla. Veden syvyys laiturin päästä n. 2 metriä. Grilli sekä kaasulla toimiva jääkaappi ja uuni.
