The complex was built in February 2021 on a 300 sq m lot, located within a gated community, perched on a rocky outcrop 25 meters above sea level. Within the gated community are two private beaches with exclusive access for residents: Playita Mia and Playa La Leona. The house has two completely independent suites located on the ground floor, both exclusively for your use. On the ground floor, you'll find a 70 sq m patio covered entirely in artificial turf, complete with a BBQ area, outdoor dining set, and a garden umbrella! The BBQ and patio are illuminated so you can enjoy your barbecues even at night. On the rooftop, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of Ayangue Bay, a second-floor pool perfect for watching the sunset, a covered bar, an outdoor shower, and a half-bath. We offer two very comfortable suites. Each suite features two distinct areas: a master bedroom with two full-size beds and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, cooking utensils, cutlery, dishes, BBQ equipment, pots and pans, and a small dining area. It also includes a spacious private bathroom with running hot water. It's important to note that the entire complex offers free Wi-Fi and parking within the gated community, right at the doorstep.

We are a family that made our dream come true by building a rustic house near the sea, located in Ayangue (300 m²), 5.5 blocks from the beach. It is a furnished and equipped family home with a living room, dining room, kitchen, and 3 bedrooms, each with air conditioning. There are 3 bathrooms: one in the master suite, one shared between the 2 bedrooms, and a separate one. The house also features a large porch with hammocks, a BBQ grill, a wood-fired oven, an outdoor bathroom with a shower, and a spacious, paved driveway that can accommodate 4 cars.
