The house also has access to a community saltwater pool located just beside the house. Situated in Sonnenland, this house has the added benefit of being centrally located close to shops and attractions yet still in a peaceful neighbourhood.

The house is a typical Canarian house with more than 200 years old, which has been restored in recent years and decorated with great affection, giving it a youthful and modern look. It maintains the original structure of the time, when the houses had rooms overlooking a courtyard. The villa is surrounded by a garden of different varieties of palm trees and has 5 rooms (one of them on the ground floor suitable for people with disabilities) tastefully decorated as well as with spacious and crystal clear spaces to make living together easier and more comfortable. It features a Life Fitness gym and a whirlpool.

Suite Paradise in the beach

The paradise suite is a little gem in the Atlantic. Located on the beach itself and completely renovated, it is not a holiday home. It is our precious vacation place, which we enjoy and take great care of and has been designed and created by us to also share it with special people in this community. A place to get lost. It is only rented to two adults (children are not allowed ) and it is not appropriate for people with reduced mobility.
