El apartamento está situado en la zona de Playa Honda, entre Arrecife y Puerto del Carmen. El entorno invita a la tranquilidad y relax, a disfrutar de largos paseos o excursiones en bici por la playa y los alrededores. A dos minutos andando de la playa y paseo de Playa Honda. A cinco minutos andando de un bonito centro comercial con supermercado, tiendas, farmacia, cafeterías y cine. Aparcamiento disponible en la calle y generalmente en la puerta del apartamento. Zona no turística donde mezclarse con la gente local y con restaurantes locales.
