Accomodati sulla distintiva poltrona gialla di questo appartamento dall'atmosfera calda e appagante e concediti un momento di relax. L'arredo moderno e funzionale è integrato da alcuni arredi di famiglia: un connubio perfetto. L'appartamento è stato recentemente ristrutturato, presenta un arredamento gradevole e attuale, che combina arredi e luci moderni, con alcuni pezzi di famiglia. Si tratta di un bilocale composto da soggiorno living con angolo cottura, divano letto matrimoniale, tavolo per colazione o da adibire a postazione computer, camera matrimoniale con letto a due piazze da 160 cm, bagno con doccia e finestra, attacco per eventuale lavatrice, se richiesta per soggiorni lunghi. L'appartamento ha un balcone sulla facciata posteriore della casa, attrezzato con tavolino e due sedie, che consente ai fumatori e non di avere un luogo riparato ma all'aperto. L'angolo cottura è dotato di frigorifero, piano cottura, lavello. Non è prevista la lavastoviglie. Gli ospiti potranno usare tutto l'appartamento, il balcone ed eventualmente su specifica richiesta, un posto auto privato nel parcheggio condominiale, se disponibile. Accogliero' gli ospiti al loro arrivo e sarò disponibile sempre sul cellulare. Sarò lieta di fornire tutte le indicazioni utili per un piacevole soggiorno a Torino. Inoltre abito con la mia famiglia proprio accanto al bilocale messo a disposizione per gli ospiti, pertanto non mancheranno le occasioni per conoscerci. L'alloggio si trova in Precollina, vicino al Po, in una zona residenziale molto verde, a 10 minuti a piedi da Porta Nuova, Gran Madre e Piazza Vittorio Veneto. La zona è dotata di bar, ristoranti e negozi, oltre a circoli di canottaggio e tennis. Se amate camminare o andare in bicicletta, dalla casa si raggiunge comodamente varie zone del centro di Torino; Piazza San Carlo, Via Roma, Via Lagrange, Piazza Castello, Piazza Vittorio, Via Po e Piazza Gran Madre, stazione di Porta Nuova. Ci sono alcune linee di autobus a pochi passi dall'appartamento in Corso Fiume, le linee 52 e 66, prendendo il 66 si arriva alla Gran Madre e di qui con il tram n. 13 si arriva in Piazza Castello, cuore della città. Per gli itinerari in collina, ci sono le linee 70 e 73. Se si preferisce muoversi in automobile, per andare in centro, è consigliabile utilizzare i parcheggi centrali di piazza Vittorio, Bodoni o Valdo Fusi o il parcheggio sotto, Via Roma.

In 100sqm there are also a small kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a walk-in closet. Just out of the building you are in Piazza San Carlo, the most important square in the city. The windows of the master bedroom overlook the Egyptian museum. The courtyard of the building is shared with the most prestigious brands shops such as Prada and Chanel. You can't find such a prestigious location better placed to explore Torino. Maria Vittoria Due was our lovely house for several years. High original wooden celing of the XVIII century, the fine furniture and materials makes it unique. Hope you'll love that place as I and my husband did. Our guests will have access to the all apartment. There are two double rooms each one with its own bathroom and a sofa-bed for two in the living room, a walk-in closet, a small kitchen and a big living room. There is a washing-machine, a dishes-machine and the stuff to hang and iron your clothes. We'll provide you fresh bed-sheets and 3 different size bath towels for each guest. The kitchen is well equipped for every needing. If you have babies just ask us and we'll let you the necessary for his sleeping, eating and changing. We'll do our best to help guests in case of any necessity. The house is in the heart of the city, across from the Egyptian Museum and next to Piazza San Carlo. Easily walk to the Royal Palace, Renaissance Museum, Natural Science Museum, and Vittorio Emanuele Square. Many kinds of restaurants are nearby. Just at ten minutes walk far away from the main train and metro station (Porta Nuova). Next to the main entrance there is a bus stop to travel around the city center. A couple minutes walking there's a bus stop to go around the all city and outside. In San Carlo Square, right next to the house, there's a big car parking.

Casa Forneris può ospitare sino a 6 persone, contando di due camere matrimoniali, un divano letto alla francese (200x140 cm) e due bagni. La cucina, dotata di piastra a induzione, forno microonde, forno elettrostatico, frigorifero, lavastoviglie e lavatrice, oltre che tutte le stoviglie e le attrezzature di cucina necessarie (bollitore, macchina caffè, etc.) è separata dal soggiorno tramite una moderna vetrata realizzata su misura che valorizza gli spazi interni. Sono disponibili nell’alloggio due Smart TV, una da 60” e una da 40” La doppia esposizione permette un’aerazione e illuminazione ottimale. L'appartamento dista pochi passi dal romantico parco del Valentino, in cui è bello concerdersi una passeggiata in ogni stagione. On the terrace of Picholine, you can enjoy the good French life every season. The house is authentic but has all the comforts. There is always sun by the pool. Bicycles are available to cycle to the cozy center in 5 minutes. Picholine is a small but very complete house with 1 large bedroom. Picholine is always private. Picholine is exclusively for the guests who rent it There is always someone present on the premises. We have a (NL) caretaker couple We are on the outskirts of the village. Wonderfully quiet on a country road. But by bike, you can reach the cozy city center with many terraces and shops in 5 minutes. Bikes are available for our guests. Picholine is easiest to reach by car, but there is also a train station in the village. Once there, the village is very easy to reach by bicycle. Picholine is located on the courtyard together with the other houses. Each terrace has sufficient privacy, no view of another terrace and its own terrace furniture including a dining table, a lounge set, a parasol and a plancha. The swimming pool is shared and is on a different level. There are plenty of sunbeds available. The large loft next to the guest pool is also shared with the other guests, where the mattresses for the sunbeds are located.

My place is a village house, which has a staircase to access the floor and then after all the rooms are on one level however there are a few steps. The house has a separate kitchen from a large living room with a sofa bed, a room with a double bed and a bathroom. There is a small terrace. Our house is part of the history of the village, it represents the old Provencal houses. We added essential equipment.
