Right in the city center; Great location 90 meters from the sea. Easy to get to from the airport and terminal. During whale season, they can be seen and heard from the house's windows. Apartment recently opened. All bedrooms have ocean views. Top floor of the building with an open balcony. Heating by radiant tile.
