Peaceful retreat down gravel driveway 15 min from Mayo Clinic. Enjoy your own apartment with private backyard walkout entrance to the lower level of our home. You will have a bedroom, living area, kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave and toaster oven (no conventional stove/oven), bathroom w/ tub & shower, pingpong table, laundry, and patio with fire ring. You may hear piano music weekday afternoons, since I give lessons (usually 3-6 pm; a bit earlier in summer) NEW HEATED FLOORS w/thermostat

Spacious, quiet 1 BR unit (583 sq. ft.)with all of the essentials and room to relax. The kitchen has all of the necessities to make your own meals and there are plenty of extra linens for guests. This is an older home so the hardwood floors creak a little and it has hot water heat. There is free parking behind the house.
