Dresden, Moritzburg ,Meißen und die wundervolle Sächsische Schweiz sind mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln oder mit dem Fahrrad sehr gut zu erreichen. Das Apartment befindet sich Nahe der Elbe in einem Hinterhaus mit gemütlichem Außenbereich im mediterranen Stil. Die Innenstadt ist mit der Straßenbahn in 15min zu erreichen. Wer also dem Großstadt Trubel gern ein wenig entflieht und dennoch schnell im Zentrum sein möchte ist gern zum Verweilen eingeladen.

Relax in our apartment, which is located in a three-sided courtyard directly on the bike path between Dresden, Radebeul and Meissen. In the old village center of Gohlis you can observe, smell and hear village life. A nice children's playground is in the immediate vicinity. In the courtyard you will find various seating areas. An old, but disused, fireplace gives the living area something special. 2 extra beds are possible in the apartment.

Between vineyards and Dresden center is this lovingly furnished apartment. Dream differently - in the Thai king-size bed or in the jungle room. The apartment is located on the second floor (bel étage) in an old building from 1905, which has been lovingly and stylishly restored. All rooms are spacious. From the bedroom and the balcony you have a view of the Elbe, which here makes a wide arc around the Ostragehe. The double bed in the bedroom measures 180 x 200 cm. The kitchen is integrated in the living room. There is also a dining table, a sofa bed and a television armchair.

Leben in der Villa Krumbholz - einer früheren Orchesterschule, im Herzen von Radebeul mit seinen Weinbergen und Nähe zu Dresden. Die Wohnung ist gut an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz angebunden, um die Ecke ist gleich die Anbindung zur Straßenbahn und zu Fuß ist man in 15 Minuten beim Zug. In nur 15 bis 20 Minuten ist man somit schon in Dresden. In nur 10 Minuten Fußweg ist man gleich im Radebeuler Kneipenviertel Kötzschenbroda.

The apartment (35 m² bedroom, combined kitchen/living room, bathroom - each room separate) is located in the quiet district of Dresden Dölzschen, in a 2-family house plus the apartment. It is ideally suited to relax in a quiet environment after a busy day in the city. Free parking is available right outside the front door. Pets are not allowed. No extra guests and no visitors allowed. The rear garden cannot be used.
